Trek & Tour Styles

Tea House Treks (Nepal)
Tea House treks are an option on some popular routes including many treks in the Annapurna and Everest regions. These treks offer modest accommodations and a reasonable standard of food at tea houses and lodges along the trails.
Trekkers are accompanied by a guide and porters to take care of leading the trek and carrying the luggage and equipment.

Fully- supported Camping Treks & Tours (Nepal & Tibet)
On these treks we are completely self-sufficient, taking all necessary food and camping equipment with us. This enables us to set our own pace and travel through places untouched by mass tourism. There are guides and cooks to take care of all the technical and logistical aspects of the trip and porters, yaks or a support vehicle to transport the gear. Each day our staff will set up camp and prepare delicious meals while the guide acquaints you with the local culture and customs.

Guest House Tours (Tibet & Bhutan)
In the larger towns in Tibet and Bhutan good standards of accommodation are available, generally with private facilities and hot water. A range of restaurants serve a variety of food styles - generally a mix of local and simple western. In remoter regions of Tibet accommodation is of a fairly basic standard, often with only multi-share rooms and shared toilet facilities. A reasonable, yet simple, standard of food is available.
